DFM Review & Quote
Our engineering team reviews for Design for Manufacturability (DFM). We provide a quote with price, lead time, and any design suggestions within 24–48 hours.
Die Design & Approval
After order confirmation, we design and manufacture the forging die. A die design drawing is shared for customer approval before machining.
Prototype Forging
First-off prototype forgings are produced and fully dimensionally inspected. We share inspection reports and samples for customer approval.
Production & Heat Treatment
After prototype approval, production forgings are manufactured with in-house heat treatment to achieve required mechanical properties.
Machining, Inspection & Dispatch
CNC/VMC machining, surface treatment, and 100% CMM inspection before packing and dispatch from our Shapar, Rajkot facility.
