When the pipeline carries corrosive media or operates above 450°C, we move to A182 F316L stainless or F11/F22 chrome-moly alloys. Our forged fittings are manufactured to ASME B16.11 (socket-weld and threaded), BS 3799 and MSS SP-97 (olets). Material standards include ASTM A105, A182 F11, F22, F304, F316 and equivalents. Dimensional inspection is carried out against the applicable standard for every production batch.
We supply forged fittings in Class 3000 and Class 6000 per ASME B16.11, and 2000# to 9000# for BS 3799 equivalents. Class selection depends on pipe schedule, material and operating pressure. Our team can recommend the correct class based on your design pressure and temperature.

Yes. F316L is one of our standard stainless steel fitting materials. We also supply F304L, F304, F316 and duplex grades. All stainless steel fittings are solution annealed and supplied with EN 10204 3.1 MTC. PMI testing is available on request.
Socket-weld fittings (SW) are welded to the pipe — the pipe slides into a machined socket and a fillet weld is applied around the outside. They are used for permanent connections in higher-pressure or vibrating service. Threaded (screwed) fittings use NPT or BSPT threads for removable connections, typically in lower-pressure utility or instrument service. Both types are produced to ASME B16.11.
Yes. We produce weldolets, sockolets and threadolets to MSS SP-97. These branch connection fittings eliminate the need for reinforcement pads on the main run pipe and are designed to match the branch-to-run pipe diameter ratio specified in your piping stress analysis.
Yes. For sour service applications (H₂S-containing environments) we can supply A105 fittings with controlled hardness ≤22 HRC and impact tested material as required by NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156. Heat treatment and hardness documentation are included in the certification package.
Standard carbon steel fittings in A105 are typically available in 2–3 weeks for regular sizes. Stainless and alloy steel fittings take 3–5 weeks depending on material procurement.
