We supply precision forged blanks in 42CrMo4 and SS 316L (non-magnetic, ≤0.1% ferrite per EN 10088-3) for Dutch precision engineering and semiconductor equipment supply chain companies in the Eindhoven region. EN 10204 3.1 material certification, CMM first-article inspection (dimensional report to ±5 µm), and surface roughness measurement (Ra). We don't supply directly to ASML (who require top-tier supply chain qualification) but supply to their Tier 2 and Tier 3 precision machining suppliers.

What is the EU import duty on Indian forgings entering through Rotterdam?
Under the EU Generalised Scheme of Preferences (GSP), Indian forging exports to the Netherlands (EU) qualify for 0% import duty with a EUR.1 certificate of origin. Shivam Forge provides EUR.1 certificates as standard. Without GSP, the EU MFN tariff on HS 7326.19 (steel forgings) is 2.7%. We declare the correct EU Combined Nomenclature (CN) code on all commercial invoices. Your Dutch customs broker (douane-agent) files the T1 or IM4 customs entry using our document set.

Yes. Do you supply heavy forgings for Tata Steel IJmuiden rolling mill?
Yes. Heavy open-die forgings (50–500 kg) for rolling mill equipment — work roll blanks, pinion shaft forgings, and coupling disc forgings — in 42CrMo4, C45, and 34CrNiMo6 are in our product range. Yes. Propeller shaft forgings, rudder stock forgings, and thruster housing components for Damen Shipyards Tier 2 supply chain are within our capability. Bureau Veritas, DNV GL, and Lloyd's Register witness inspection at our Rajkot facility can be arranged. EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 (Class-countersigned) material certificates. CIF Rotterdam.
